It’s important to leave some space in your day after your ceremony for grounding and processing. Some people, particularly those who are energetically sensitive, may feel activated, buzzy, fatigued (physically or emotionally), dreamlike, or mentally stimulated. Others may not experience any of these effects. Everyone is different! Regardless, it’s recommended to allow some time to drink water, practice grounding, and perhaps even journal or spend some time in reflection.
A day after the session, you’ll receive a recording. It’s highly recommended that you take the time to manually transcribe (listen and type) the replay as this helps you fully absorb and integrate the guidance. It also creates something you can easily return to for deeper study or reminders.
It’s extremely common for people to report that the more they revisit the teaching, the more layers of understanding and truth are revealed to them, further highlighting the importance of study, contemplation, and implementation.
