You can ask anything at all! However, it’s important to note that this isn’t a psychic reading, so questions about your future (i.e. will I get married again?) will be answered in the form of a teaching to help you align to the future outcome you desire. Rarely, but occasionally, the Guides will decline to answer a question if it’s not in service of the querent’s highest growth and healing to know the answer.

Typically a two hour ritual includes 45 minutes to an hour of trance channeling. The Guides can be long winded at times, while other times their answer is short and sweet. I recommend people prepare about 5 or 6 questions, knowing that there’s no guarantee all will be answered—I’m just the vessel through which the information flows!

There are many forms of channeling available to you. Chelsea is a trance channel, and not all channels are in a trance. That means sometimes, a channeler may deliver messages with little to no change in their voice or body movements. Some channels work with just one guide, or a specific group. Some are able to deliver messages with minimal energetic output. In a session with Chelsea, her body and voice changes and her body will be moved by Spirit as the messages are being delivered. There is an energetic output that many report experiencing as an energetic activation or “light body upgrades”. Occasionally, this tranmission will unlock dormant extrasensory perceptions or spiritual gifts. Additionally, she works with a large pantheon of Guides from various systems of belief, which can vary slightly from other channeled offerings. All forms of channeling are supportive—listen to your intuition to decide what style is best for you!

It’s important to leave some space in your day after your ceremony for grounding and processing. Some people, particularly those who are energetically sensitive, may feel activated, energized, fatigued, emotional, dreamlike, or mentally stimulated. Others may not experience any of these effects. Everyone is different! Regardless, it’s recommended to allow some time to drink water, practice grounding, and perhaps even journal or spend some time in reflection.
