Rather than focusing on doctrine or theology, the emphasis is on personal experience, inner transformation, and embodying Jesus' teachings in everyday life. The teachings are centered on love, unity, and inner connection rather than scripture or religious cultural themes rooted in fear or separation.

People from many faith backgrounds, including practicing Christians, those who have had negative experiences within organized religion, and those who have never identified as Christian are all welcome.

Each gathering is part meditation, part live channeled teaching, and part community. While every session is unique, many participants describe the experience as deeply peaceful, emotionally moving, and spiritually grounding.

Some people simply receive wisdom and insight that re-orients them back to their own inner knowing. Others report experiencing a profound sense of love, healing, or an energetic activation that deepens their connection with Jesus and/or their higher power. Every experience is personal, and there is no "right" way to receive.

• Gentle music plays as everyone joins and settles in.

• Chelsea welcomes the group with a brief introduction and announcements.

• A guided heart-opening meditation prepares participants to receive.

• While the group remains in meditation, Chelsea enters a trance state to open the channel. This process may include spontaneous body movements or vocalizations as she shifts into the channeled state.

• Jesus delivers a live message for the collective.

• The session continues with a channeled Q&A using questions submitted by The Rhythm’s Align Tier members.

• The gathering concludes with a group prayer and closing intention.

• The Rhythm’s Align Tier members are then invited into a private breakout room for mentorship, integration, and community sharing.

Much like Christians return to the Bible again and again, there is tremendous value in revisiting the transmission replays and approaching them as an ongoing course of study. Each time you return, you'll hear something new, deepen your understanding, and more fully embody the teachings in your everyday life.

I encourage you to join The Rhythm, as this will give you access to the replays in addition to a workbook to help you move through the transmission, contemplate its deeper meaning, and extract any actionable guidance that came through. This way, you can set goals and begin implementing any practices or mindset shifts that were suggested during the transmission.

Trance channeling means the channel allows the body and voice to be overtaken by Jesus while the mind steps into a moderating role. I have no formal training in theology or biblical study; what occurs is pure transmission from another realm, not a spiritual message crafted from inspiration.

There are similarities. Prophecy is defined as “inspired utterance—the declaration of divine will or purpose,” rather than the prediction of future events. This gathering aligns with that meaning. However, mediumship involves communication with the spirits of the deceased, which this is not.

Discernment is always encouraged; trust yourself and your body’s wisdom to determine your truth. However, it’s worth nothing that I have consistently tested this gift through prayer, reflection, and lived experience, and the fruit has been love, humility, healing, service, and bringing people into a new or restored relationship with Jesus, rather than fear, control, separation, or self-exaltation.

Because there are few modern examples of deep trance channeling within a Christian context, it's understandable that some people associate it with demonic possession.

Yet the transmissions consistently point people toward returning to Jesus, God, love, and unity. While the specific wording or language may at times differ from that of Scripture, the messages consistently align with the core of Jesus' teachings.

When Jesus was accused of casting out demons by satanic power, he replied, "If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then can his kingdom stand?" (Matthew 12:26).

His point was that a kingdom does not work against its own purposes. In that same spirit, a message that consistently leads people toward a deeper love of God, a closer relationship with Jesus, and the fruits of the Spirit should be discerned by its outcomes and direction, not simply by the unfamiliar form through which it comes.

Members of The Rhythm’s Alignment Tier (launching August 2026) will have the opportunity to submit a question. Questions should be general enough to benefit the group at large. The moderator will select questions to feed me while in trance. We’ll answer as many questions as time permits.

There is no preparation required other than finding a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. You will be guided into a heart-opening and grounding opening to help you prepare to receive the transmission.
